Degree Examination (Graduation Defense) Timetable and Important Reminder of Fall 2023

Refer to the attachment for Degree Examination (Graduation Defense) Timetable in Fall 2023. Remind the following important timeframe, late submission/application will not be accepted. (Please refer to the attached for schedule not mentioned.)

5 p.m. 2024.01.15 Students apply for cancellation of graduation defense Students who do not apply for it before the deadline, and do not hold the defense this semester will be deemed as a fail on degree examination for 1 time. 2 times will be withdrawn from TMU
2024.01.18 Students hold graduation defense  
2024.01.26 Students submit thesis documents to the Department Office  
5 p.m. 2024.01.31 Department Office submit thesis documents to the Registration Section Students who do not submit it before the deadline will be deemed as a fail on the degree examination 1 time. Students will be withdrawn from TMU for a second time fail degree examination.
