In order to enhance the safety of the Shuang-ho Campus, the elevators will implement floor access control using ID/student cards starting from July 1st, 2023.
Control measures are as follows:
A.Teaching and Research Building:
(1) Elevators 1 and 2: Only available for hospital staff who reside on floors 14 to 17.(2) Elevators 3, 4, and 5: Access control on floors 4 and above. Floor 13 is only for students who reside there, while floors 14 to 17 are closed.
(3) Elevator 6 (Freight elevator): Access control on all floors and floors 13 to 17 are closed.
(4) Elevator 7 (B2-2F): Daily access control from 22:00 to 07:00.
B.Biomedical Technology Building:
(1) Elevators 9, 10, and 11: Access control on floors 3 and above.
(2) Elevators 8 and 12 (Freight elevators): Access control on all floors.
C. General Visitors: After registering at the counter on the first floor of the Teaching and Research Building, security guards will assist visitors to swipe their cards in.
All the faculty members and students must carry their ID cards at all times.
