Reopening of the System for English Name Submission for Degree Diploma – Spring Semester 2026
Eligibility：Students who will graduate in June, 2026
1. Second Reopening Period: from May 11th to May 18th, 2026. Must make sure that you click submit after fill in.
2. Instruction
(1) Log in Academic and Student Affairs Information System. Link: https://newacademic.tmu.edu.tw/
(2) Check function under "Enrollment Status" → "Student Information" → "Name on Diploma"
3. Note
(1) Please fill in English name in accordance with your passport.
(2) If the English name is submitted late or does not meet the requirements, the issuance of the diploma will be delayed. No revisions can be made after the diploma has been issued.
