- Each TMU faculty, staff, or student is allowed to submit the form only once using their institutional email account from the following domains:.tmu.edu.tw / h.tmu.edu.tw / s.tmu.edu.tw / w.tmu.edu.tw.
- Submissions using other email platforms will not be accepted.
- Winners of the gift voucher draw will be notified via email. Please bring your TMU ID to claim your prize. If prizes are not claimed by the deadline, they will be forfeited and offered to alternate winners. Please keep an eye on your email for notifications.
